Too expensive for what it offers.

Posted 26-Sep-2016
My overall feeling was that the hotel charges way too much for what it offers. I get the location is really close to many attractions in Boston and everyone who works there are super nice and helpful - but that shouldn't justify a giant nightly cost. Breakfast isn't included, you get charged $3 for a small bottle of water, the room doesn't even have a mini-fridge, the closet is blocked by the safe so you can't put many clothes, and there isn't any dresser-type furniture to put additional clothes. I didn't go in there expecting "luxury" but I did expect a lot more from Hyatt. In my opinion, it's not worth the money.

Bucket List trip to Boston

Posted 20-Sep-2016
Pros: Everything
Cons: Regular shuttle times - the shuttle was a great feature, we were just never sure when it was coming or going.
Location: Minutes to the airport and the subway (T).
I took a Bucket List trip to see the Red Sox play the Yankees at Fenway. The hotel stay was the icing on the cake. The food, helpful staff, and comfort made the trip!

they over book the hotel

Posted 20-Sep-2016
I got the room for when my wife and I got off the plane at 1am coming back from our honeymoon. We get there and they over booked the hotel and the room with the king bed I reserved wasn't available. They offered me a board room that had a pull out couch

This hotel is top-notch. Loved the service and the view of the harbor is amazing. Also, very convenient because right next to the airport.

Awesome hotel with picturesque views!

Posted 09-Sep-2016
Pros: The staff, ambience, food, views and all the above was awesome.
Cons: The bed was a bit uncomfortable
Location: All the Boston highlights are about a 20 minute drive away. Even if you like to watch the planes take off this is the perfect spot!
My experience at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor Hotel was short, but I was very pleased. Even though the hotel is placed right next to the airport it has an upscale feel about it. The views you can get from this hotel are phenomenal and from check-in to room to room service to check-out was impeccable. Unfortunately I only spent 2 nights here with no much time to be at the hotel, but I would mark this as a place to stay in the future. The only negative is the car ride to and from which can take some time with traffic from the city. I did love the water taxi which took me straight across in a quick 20 minute trip.

Room with a Veiw

Great location with AV view. Water taxi is very handy, airport shuttle is prompt, friendly staff, and a restaurant with bar. It's an older building but well kept - retro. I'd go back.

Easy and very nice

We had an unexpected layover. The Hyatt was the perfect escape for the evening. It's a great place to stay with large rooms and very courteous staff.
