My wife and I were visiting Boston for the weekend from out of town. We had planned to arrive early, but due to a missed connecting flight, we arrived late in the day and spent more time in airports than Boston that day. Jacky, the front desk employee, mitigated the disappointment by upgrading our ...
We liked the hotel with all of the history. It was very clean and great place to stay. Walking distance to arena and the Freedom trail. Did not know about the valet parking being as high it was, (55.00) a night, nor the resort fee (25.00) a night in addition to the room fee. Just a little surprising ...
Hawthorne Hotel is right in downtown Salem, walking distance from many of the city’s tourist sites. Old world charm consistent with the hotels history. Room was adequate with very small bathroom and beds were very firm. The restaurant in the hotel was better than expected and staff were friendly ...
Quiet enough to sleep even on Square side. Two restaurants downstairs. Others within 1 - 2 blocks. Across from T station. Parking next door, but a bit seedy feeling. However, there is security. Perfect location for Fenway Park or BU. Have stayed here before and would absolutely return again.
Took the Blue Line metro from Logan International to Aquarium ( two stops ). The hotel is across the street. You can either walk, or use public transport, to most of the attractions in Boston. The city itself is very friendly to tourists, and staying in this hotel places you very close to great restaraunts ...

If you are looking to stay close to the harbor and a lot of the activities in the area, this hotel is in a ...
Charming hotel, great staff, wonderful food. I was visiting the MIT Sloan School of Management and this hotel was less than a 5 min walk. It’s close to lots of food although the hotel restaurant was fantastic. Kendall will be my first choice when i return.
This hotel is located in a great central location. While it is quite old and a little tired, the staff at front desk and concierge were very helpful and attentive. Cleaning staff left a little bit to be desired
