Excellent Family Spot
We assembled about 15 people from all over the country (ages 8-80) for a three day celebration centered around Red Sox home opener and the solar eclipse. The space was very clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and fortunate for sittting and gathering. The neighborhood is excellent, with local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and the MBTA green line. Our host was very friendly and responsive with all communication and greeted us when we arrived. With as many people as we had, bathrooms were at a premium but we knew that going in. We highly recommend the brownstone for a visit to Boston.

Charming home in spectacular location.
This is such a charming home with plenty of space for our family. Large dining room and kitchen was perfect for our home cooked meals and the neighborhood provided many fantastic restaurants with a wine shop and grocery market very close by. We didn’t need the T but there is a stop a block away and we appreciated the parking spaces provided with the house. Would stay again.

Family reunion weekend
Such a great house in a great neighborhood. Host were very easy to communicate with and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of gathering places on first floor with bedrooms on the upper floors. Well stocked in the kitchen (spices, paper goods, etc. ) Everyone loved the house! Great starting point for adventures in Boston!

Perfect for family holiday
Family gathered for Christmas and this lovely, roomy brownstone was perfect! Spacious bedrooms, big and well-stocked kitchen, and parking. Location on C Green Line was perfect for outings to downtown and Cambridge. We walked to Fenway for a college football game and to the Emerald Necklace footpath. Minor issues - would have liked bigger bath towels and better upstairs wifi. Overall, a great place for a family get together.

Amazing Stay
We stayed at this amazing home for the Army Navy Game weekend. It was an incredible stay! The host was incredibly responsive to all questions and requests. The house was spotless upon arrival and perfect for our stay. We will be looking to stay here again.

The house was in a perfect location. Lots of spots in walking distance, easy to get around with public transportation, very easy access. Parking was very easy (3 spots in Boston is fantastic!), plenty of room for our group of 6 people. The house was clean and easy to check in. The property manager was communicative and accessible. We look forward to staying there again!

Great house for our big family!! We were in town for a Red Sox game and the location can't be beat. Nice, clean, quiet neighborhood, but so close to Fenway Park and all the game day action! Loved it!

Great house, fun location
The house was perfect for our multi-generational family of 11. The living and dining room feel bigger in person than they do in the pictures because they all open up to each other. You can enjoy the full house from the front windows to the back patio from both the living and dining rooms. The kitchen is great for a group with two sinks and two dishwashers. The 3 stories were a little hard for the oldest of our group but not a problem for the rest of us. Lots of beds but we wish there was another bathroom on the top floor. There was a lot to do just a quick walk from the house. The “Time Out Market” was an easy walk from the house and offered good food options for everyone. Fenway was an easy walk too. There was a T station close by as well.

Fantastic house
The house was large and airy, clean, close to a very good grocery store in Brookline (Star) and perfect for a family stay. The hosts provided some items which are often not provided for in a short-term stay: soap, paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. - all of which made getting settled so much easier. We loved the house and its location.

Location location location
Great location that was close to Fenway, great restaurants/cafes, and pubs. Overall Uber or Lyft put us 20 minutes from the airport, friend and family. The accommodations were large enought for our party and the property was clean and comfortable. We will stay again on our next Boston vacation.

Wonderful weekend with friends at this beautiful home
Beautiful, well-located, comfortable, spacious and tasteful property. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a group of all friends gathering for a weekend of football and reminiscing and it was PERFECT. Clean and well-appointed, incredibly convenient to various points in Boston or Cambridge. Just an excellent experience from start to finish. The property was the perfect location for our stay. Parked the car and we were able to walk wherever we needed to go. Great Brownstone for a trip to Boston
We stayed here with 4 couples and the property was great! Spacious and in the perfect location. Safe neighborhood! We walked to Fenway and took Ubers the rest of the trip. Walking distance to a coffee shop. The owner is super nice and responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here.

This home was gorgeous. What an absolute gem! We stayed with a very large group and it was perfect. One thing to note because we didn’t realize this from the pictures… two of the bathrooms have showers. One of those is within a bedroom. The other full bathroom only has a tub, no shower. So the person who ends up with the master might have to share that shower with other guests.

This wonderful property hosted a reunion weekend for 5 families with children and it could not have been more perfect. The location, parking, cleanliness and space was ideal. You really feel like you're in Boston at this historic townhouse. Easy access to the T, grocery store, playground, and whatever else we needed. Highly recommend!

The place was terrific. A dozen of us met in Boston for a few days and this was a perfect spot - safe neighborhood, bars and restaurants a short walk away, and a ten minute walk to Fenway. The house was large, clean, and comfortable for our big crowd. Highly recommended.

This house is amazing. So much room and so beautiful. You you really feel like you're staying in Boston. The home the home was Is meticulously clean. And the owners the owners provided everything that we needed for our stay. It combined the best of staying in a house and staying in a hotel! Clean towels and crisply made beds. Fully stocked kitchen.. And the area was great. Lots to walk to. Fenway park was a 10 minute walk. Thank you so much. We had a great time period
