Pros: The price was very good and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The breakfast was good and varied.
Cons: The location made it slightly more difficult for getting around but wasn't overly an issue.

It's a good hotel, the parking is across the street in a parkade, the breakfast was decent it was different both days. The hotel staff was helpful with giving us maps and how to get about the city. There is Cuban restaurant attached to the hotel and it had great food and a lively environment. I didn't make it to the pool/spa.

The room as very comfortable but there was quite a bit of outside noise, many sirens, etc. it was a good location, however. Very easy to get everywhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Posted 13-Oct-2016
Pros: The proximity to the Boston Medical campus; within walking distance.
Cons: Because it's kitty corner from the hospital campus, sirens are blaring throughout the day and night. It didn't bother us but might others
Location: Boston Medical campus is within walking distance, as are convenience stores and some restaurants. I suggest Uber all the way, don't rent a car!!
Room was fairly spacious, a little cramped by the desk but that's because of the comfy office chair with arms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, very accommodating. Breakfast was good, nice that hot chocolate and coffee are available 24/7. Pool and exercise room are small but clean. One day a guest was hosting a small birthday party for a young child, which took up the entire pool; not appropriate for such a small pool and my daughter wasn't able to use the pool that evening because it was too crowded. But other times she had it to herself. Walking distance to Boston Children's Hospital and ambulatory buildings, which was the reason for our visit to Boston. If we have to come back for medical purposes we will definitely stay here. Good Cuban restaurant off the lobby, plus a sushi place a few steps from the door. Very convenient.

Affordable and available

Posted 11-Oct-2016
Pros: Free shuttle service, breakfast included, clean, comfortable room. Safe, security presence very evident.
Cons: Shuttle needs to go include Amtrak station at Back Bay. The local shuttle should also drop and pick up at the same stop used by Old Tiwn Trolley.
Location: The location is mostly for hospitals, but also for Prudential Center and around town using Old Town Trolley.
In town for a funeral, needed a comfortable, clean, affordable and available room.

Everything about the hotel:

Posted 10-Oct-2016
Pros: Cleanliness , staff, rooms, very nice.
Cons: Beds are hard, microwave and icebox in every room. I booked two rooms, same size, same price, but I didn't get the room with a microwave or ice box.
Location: Location was awful, too noisy, too dangerous. we drove to everything.
Is great. Staff, accomindations, aminities, all are outstanding. But the location is bad. Sirens all day AND all night. Neighborhood not safe at night. Homeless out in full force. Sunday morning, drug dealers on our sidewalk, selling and buying drugs. Not safe.

Very Nice Hotel!!

Posted 27-Sep-2016
Hotel Overall stay was GREAT! Our trip started off a bit shaky...It took our Airport Shuttle pick up 45 minutes!! We called them and waited at the time we arrived our Google Maps said it would take 12minutes... 30 minutes passed by and I decided to call. Reception was friendly and said she would phone the driver. After my hold, she said he was "5-8" minutes away... he arrived 15 minutes after. We then had reserved our Shuttle to Fenway for 8am and we were told he would announce the pick up at the lobby. We were at the lobby at 7:45 after 30 minutes of not hearing an announcement, we addressed the reception and she said the driver was in the lobby and had left at 8... she called him to verify if he made an announcement which he clearly did not.... However, with attitude the reception gave us 10 bucks for a cab she called for us. Cab cost ended up being 12.... we paid the rest and were a bit disappointed but we made the best of our stay. We did get an early check in and the room was clean and the rest of the staff was really great and friendly. Minus the 2 we had to deal with the first day of our stay. I will stay again and definitely recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel

Posted 14-Sep-2016
Pros: Everyone was nice and helpful.
Cons: More insulation from outside noise.
Location: Not at all convenient to sightseeing.
Rooms were very noisy because of the proximity to Boston Hospital. Would have helped to have more insulation from the outside noise. Also not convenient to the trolley stops for sightseeing. Loved having a hot breakfast every morning and the food was good. Loved having airport pickup!

Great price in Boston; 10 min from northeastern university. Room was clean with king size bed; breakfast included.
