Could be a little more attentive to shuttle needs. Had to call twice to get a pick up at the airport. Kind of scary when it’s midnight when you get in and you don’t get to the hotel till 1 o’clock. Everyone we met in the hotel was quite pleasant. Excellent breakfast presentation. We would stay again. Called down to ask where the remote for the television was, said they’d call back didn’t have time to talk at the moment. They were checking someone in. Didn’t call back. Not a big deal to us, but could really tick some people off.

The floor was soaked, and this was apparently an issue in multiple rooms. We were told that the gate for the parking lot would be open for guests to leave; it was not and we had to pay $15 to exit.

I almost never write reviews but I waited for nearly an hour to get the shuttle due to misinformation given three times on the phone (and finally took an Uber). It appears the front desk is understaffed and the staff who are there are constantly answering phones and putting people (including me) on hold. The check-in took longer than any hotels I have stayed in (and I stay in a lot). The breakfast staff were very friendly. I am “stuck” here in a week again as I have already booked and can’t refund but throughly disappointed by shuttle and check in process.

This is an old dilapidated hotel. Half the electrical outlets are dead. The clothes drier doesn't get warm. The parking gates are defective and require you to get the front desk to let you out. The coffee is cold.

We were greeted by the front desk attendant saying the hotel in his words was “The Getto” He gave me a room that didn’t exist and had a horrible attitude. Sergio needs some training in customer service and attitude. The positive of the stay was the gentleman working in the bar and our shuttle driver was very kind and helpful

The lady at check-in wasn’t overly friendly but did answer questions. The shuttle service was nice but they didn’t make it clear where to meet them at the subway station and we ended up waiting awhile for it. When we called the hotel multiple times, we weren’t given that info. The shuttle driver was very nice and apologized for the wait.

Check in male staff was super rude. Raising his voice included. Restaurant was closed at 915 and advertised as 930 and we were confused as to how the hotel shutttle picks up at departures instead of arrivals and nowhere is that communicated to customers.

Expensive for what you get but that seems to be the case for Boston. My biggest complaint is when I went to take the airport shuttle at check out, the guy was on break and there were several parties attempting to get to the airport also. I ended up taking an Uber. The room was also very noisy when the cleaning crew began at 8am. Impossible to sleep. Sheets were itchy. Everything else was great.

This is a great property and the amenities are terrific. The shuttle service is inconsistent but complimentary so one can hardly complain. The bed is great and the room is quiet despite the proximity to the airport.

Unfortunately, the property didn't have any bottled water. The room had office desk but no chair, so the desk was useless. Bathroom door was lacking handles from both sides. The rest was great, quiet, clean, good bed
