"It was our second time staying at the Langston Quays. We had a lovely stay both times. Room great, staff excellent, breakfast delicious. Something for all tastes. We will be back. It has a big thumb’s up from us 👍"

"Great location for Gunwarf, walking distance. Facilities were good, nice swimming pool area and sauna. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, lots to choose from."

"Convenient location on Gunwharf Quays. Staff were very nice and very helpful. A shame the aircon is not working. I understand it needs repair and there is a dispute berween the hotel and Gunwharf about who is responsible for the repair. There was a some noise from nearby bars or club 'til late. Also other guests were a bit noisy returning late to their rooms. The bed was comfortable, apart from the room temperature issues! The window was locked shut so no fresh air ventilation. "

"Breakfast was ok but lacked fresh fruit, the property needs a refresh and fridges in the bedrooms (although one was supplied on request) No air con but that's normal for the UK. The room was clean and the sports bar was ok - spacious and quick service with pool tables and tvs to watch sport. Driving range and tennis courts were fun and there are outdoor spaces to sit and relax"

"We stayed over Easter to be near family. The room was nice enough for the price. The only small issue that we had was that the laundry trolleys were parked right outside our window for the whole weekend so wasn’t the best of views. Other than that, all good. "

"The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."
