"We received great instructions from Amina on how to access the room which were easy to follow. If arriving in the day, the ground floor is where a lovely flower shop is, then up a lift. There are then 9 easy steps down to where the room is located. This was our 4th stop on our trip and by far the best room. Although in the centre of everything, the room is super quiet, modern, with a lovely-sized bathroom & powerful shower and great WiFi. We would highly recommend and will definitely return...

Gorgeous terrace area, a bar and some wonderful wines, delicious buffet breakfast, and superb restaurant for dinner!!! Staff also very helpful. Roads are narrow so be cautious in planning your day trips and the dirt road to the castle will leave your car quite dusty! Still- the views were breathtaking and we wished we could stay longer!"

"We were a group of seven Canadian adult friends that were looking for a Tuscan villa that offered enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone's own privacy. We also wanted indoor and outdoor common areas such as a large living room, large dining room table, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and outdoor alfresco dining area. We wanted a place with a large 50' swimming pool with enough chaise loungers, and sun umbrellas to meet all of our comfort requirements. This Tuscan villa exceeded all of our needs. This villa was a dream come true. Like out of the book and movie "Under the Tuscan Sun", the views are spectacular! The hosts were very attentive to our texts and quick to reply to our questions and minor concerns. This villa is conveniently close to Siena and many beautiful and historic villages. We highly recommend this villa for your vacation needs."

"Wonderful property with incredible views over the Tuscan landscape! I couldn’t take enough pictures of the sunrises and sunsets! The villa and rooms had authentic rustic Tuscan charm (I think the host mentioned parts of the villa dates back 1,000 yrs!). The rooms had modern conveniences, showers, toilets, and well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery to feed an army! We had a group of six people that stayed five days in mid September and everyone enjoyed all of it. The pool is clean and refreshing although a bit cold in mid-September. The property is a little challenging to get to, down a gravel path and not well marked on mapping software, but the hosts gave clear and detailed directions on how to get there. Simonetta was very responsive to all our questions and had good advice for travel around the area and sites to see. The villa has hot and cold running water but it is best to bring drinking water as the water there comes from a well. The property is conveniently located for exploring Siena, San Gigimamo, Greve, and the Chianti region. I’d highly recommend the property and would return next time I am in the region."
