Ada was wonderful from the first moment we spoke with her until we had to da6 goodbye when we checked. The restaurant she recommended and made reservations for us eas outstanding. She was spot on guiding us to tours around the area. She even helped us with our luggage the first day. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful clean room with delightful old fresco`s saved during the refit offering wonderful character in such a lovely city. The room was of a very good size and well appointed with ample power points and storage, complete with additional blankets, coffee facilities etc. Bathroom/Shower room was very clean, modern and offering every facilities needed. Fantastic location in the heart of the city and easy wallking distance to most attractions. The delightful host was very caring and informative. We could not fault our stay and would highly reccomend the property. We would certainly book here again if we return to Siena.

We has a perfect stay: great location, sound proof room,wonderful linens…best of all was the suggestions and help we received from the hosts. They made dinner reservations and helped with directions and lost luggage. Great visit!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Ada was both helpful and knowledgeable with great recommendations (… forza Onda!) PARKING/DRIVING - you must contact hotel day before for instructions. Parking in Siena is a compete nightmare so do your research and avoid the limited traffic zone. The hotel is wonderful, contemporary and comfortable rooms in an ancient building just off the Campo. Easy to wander around, get wine tastings, crostini and all kinds of restaurants

What a wondeful location! And even better is the owner Massimo and the cheerful smart helpful Ada! She directed us to various sites, gave us dinner advice, and even helped with train and bus tickets. The room was lovely and amenities nice as well. I highly recommend both this property and a trip to amazing Siena.

It was was one night stay. We arrived earlier than the check in time and because the room was clean they allowed us to access our room early. The day we were checking out they kept our luggage for us until we left in the early afternoon. We also appreciated all the suggestions and the hi-lited map on places to see and eat. Grazzi

Lovely stay in the heart of Siena

The room was small but very beautiful, with a recently found fresco uncovered on the wall. Very clean, tidy and well appointed. Ada from the front desk was very friendly, kind and helpful and made a dinner reservation for us at an excellent restaurant off the beaten path.

Ada was exceptional!! She gave us a local map with all recommendations of what to see, where to eat fantastic Italian cuisine, coffee shops and so much more!! The room was so beautifully decorated, the bathroom was really nice with lots of room! We were located in a perfect location!! I highly recommend staying here!! If we make it back to Siena, we will definitely stay here again!! Thank you Ada for a perfect stay!!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ada gave us great dinner suggestions. Only suggestion is to offer softer pillows or maybe this is common in Italy. Wish I could still have the pistachio croissant from down the street. Siena is a gem!

This is truly a boutique style hotel. We got very lucky to have booked this. Location was in central Siena which was a huge bonus. The rooms were stunning with hundreds of year old frescoes on the ceiling. The interior was furnished beautifully, the mattress was extremely comfortable and cleanliness was obvious. Massimo and Ada are THE BEST HOSTS
