I have walked the beach and seen all the fabulous hotels, but in a heartbeat would stay at Nirvana again! It offered me more than I paid for!!!!! We shopped at the local market and cooked in our 2 bedroom apartment just as much as we ate out! Right in the middle of the island. The staff front desk were incredible with assisting us in booking activities and making sure we had everything we needed. There may be locations closer to the beach, but since we spent more time touring than we did in our room, location is secondary and service is most important. Will definitely stay at Nirvana again. It was within walking distance to the D’ mall shopping center. Where there area a variety of shops and restaurants. Good part is the hawkers for the island hopping and other events can’t be there to harass you. I was disappointed that there was no real Restaurant there or bar that is actually used.
