The property was ok, good location staff where very friendly, breakfast is not worth attending, the coffee was one of the worst I have tasted in my 50 years of working in the hospitality industry So sad that they call this coffee….

Booked this resort last minute and it did not disappoint. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. The resort is just walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants and shopping centers. The food at the resort was personally so much better than the food outside. I recommend doing the breakfast option as they have a wide variety of food to choose from and they switch the choices every morning. I am very pleased with my stay at Boracay Haven. Thank you Dexter for helping us and the other supervisor on staff that I was not able to catch their name. Much love from NYC

The property was much older than the photos online appeared to be. The city is undeveloped which I never seen online. I was shocked to see the overall island was dirty & trashed. I thought going to Boracay would be like Miaimi Beach.

They have very nice and helpful staff. The property is about 2 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Our rooms are clean and tidy. Definitely will stay in this place again.

Property a few minutes from white sand beach. Room has two single beds which we managed 3 at extra cost. Pool was nice. Breakfast included was excellent for a smaller hotel. Made omelette to order was a great touch Staff excellent. Only issue was construction outside and beside but not hotels fault. Poolside room was extremely noisy until 10pm. Overall would stay here again

I agree with the other reviews,that the staff of this hotel are amazing,front desk especially. Very convenient location,with breakfast included,which we enjoyed. The street in front does get flooded when raining. Overall the hotel would be a good choice for affordability and convenience for families or groups

Really enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Staff are great. Only downside was the street outside was always flooded. Walking through dirty floodwaters is not nice. Also meant excessive mosquitoes.

I booked a stay at Hennan regency before the pandemic I was given a voucher and later when I was about to use it Expedia gave me this hotel Haven Resort and was told that it is comparable to Hennan Regency, it was not even close. We ended up checking out of Haven and moved to Hennan regency which is right across the street. We spent twice as much.This time Expedia messed it up. Expedia should check the status of the hotels before suggesting. We were disappointed!

I would not recommend staying with this resort. I was supposed to be flying to the Philippines February 2020, however due to the coronavirus, there were travel bans put into place and flight cancellations in which I was not able to travel to the Philippines as I was not able to get to the country or get into the country. As such, I requested a refund from this hotel in hopes of understanding the unforeseen circumstances. However, they refuse to give me a refund even though I physically was not able to even get into the country. While I was supposed to be in the Philippines, I was planned to travel around to different parts of the country and booked many other flights and stays. All these other hotels and flights were accommodating and understood my circumstance and refunded me my money. I would NOT recommend booking here.

The property is close to the beach and food establishments. Very convenient. The staff are very polite and helpful. There's a complementary breakfast buffet and afternoon snack (not common with other hotels). The happy hour also is a sweet deal which is from 7am to 11pm. We definitely recommend this hotel!

The food is excellent and all the staff are friendly and easy to deal with. The only thing that I don't like is their Internet provider, for our last 2 days of our staying in the haven, it's already hard to connect to their Internet. They should change their Internet provider.

Not Beach Front But So Close
It is real close walking distance to the beach. It had a lot of construction all around it that I didn't like. Too much noise from the construction. The staff were nice & friendly. The food was always good. The pool was nice. The A\C worked great. The beds were comfortable. The price was good. We had a great time here. It is close to everything in station 2.
