All staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet were satisfying. The place provided my family all the comfort we needed for our 5 daus vacation.
We didn’t expect that our was going to be so beautiful. My kids loved it there. Breakfast was also amazing💚💚Will be booking as a gift for my niece and husband for their honeymoon. Highly recommend

Liked: Cleanliness
I love the place it’s very clean and the staff are very friendly. They accommodate our request and needs
The room was mouldy and the bathroom unclean. The pillows were smelly and uncomfortable. The breakfast for westerners was terrible. The restaurant was short staffed and the food not replenished enough. There is poor ventilation and your clothes stink of cooking smells afterwards. We were there for 9 days and our room was only cleaned a couple of times. They also seemed very short staffed.
The reception area, in contrast seemed overstaffed and they were always happy and helpful. The location is also great.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
We had a wonderful stay, i would like to comment in the elevator, i hope there is one more so waiting time is less, the door card did not work twice so i had to go back 3 times to the g floor to report it. Other than that 100 percent staff assistance excellent.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
I stayed here before they have welcome drinks but this time no more even cold water since its so hot outside. Also the hotel is no longer on its good condition. I think the level of service and hotel condition has downgraded. But the staff still its gem and they are so attentive and hospitable!
I accompanied my girlfriend and her two children where we stayed for six nights, benefiting from daily maid service. Each morning, the children and my girlfriend eagerly anticipated the complimentary breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of foods, with different selections available each day. We occupied a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, which featured ample room and large king beds. My only criticism revolves around the absence of napkins in the kitchen and tissues in the bedroom, although the bathroom toiletries were replenished daily.
The main pool was sizable; however, it was unfortunate that the children's pool was not operational. As an American visiting the Philippines, I observed that many breakfast items tended to be quite sweet, as sugar seems to be a prevalent ingredient in local cuisine. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, with proximity to the beach being a significant advantage. Regrettably, much like other areas, the concrete sidewalks leading to the beach were in a state of considerable disrepair, posing potential hazards for pedestrians who are not sure-footed. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating and went out of their way to please us.
The property is amazingly clean and it smells good too that you know you can relax and have the peace of mind while at the island of Boracay. The staff are very hardworking and friendly. The restaurant MOD in the morning and her crew are phenomenal! They really take care of you and they made sure we have good memories of our stay!
Staff are nice, they greet you everytime and very accommodating. Me and my husband are planning to visit Boaracay again and we will surely book this hotel.
