This was a great hotel looking straight onto the Rhine. My room was a good size and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was fine, with a decent shower and breakfast was excellent, even though I was in a rush due to the usual Deutsche Bahn cancellations and having to change my plans. I used the swimming pool, which was excellent, and generally enjoyed my afternoon and evening there. Recommend it!

I was in a double room overlooking the Rhein, with a balcony, though if leaving the door to the balcony open it did get a little noisy, though I probably wouldn't have noticed it had I not been travelling solo. There was a small fridge in the room suitable for cooling drinks, storing medication etc. There was no kettle, though to be fair I didn't ask for one either - so they may be available? The hotel is in a beautiful setting, great for walking and feeding the deer. The weather was nice and a great dinner was enjoyed in the garden. The hotel is very peaceful.

Very friendly staff. despite electro outage, theytried their best. Clean ample rooms. Most convenient overnight for visiting Eltz Castle. Surroundings provide excellent hiking possibilities. Otherwise it is just a 20 min drive to the Mosel with more activities over steep windy roads.

Good location, 15 minutes walk from the old town. Quite spacious room with air con. Very good buffet breakfast in a very pleasant dining room. Helpful and friendly staff. All round good experience.

Good location with easy walking access to the city. Parking limited and so I had to park in nearby shopping centre - quite expensive. Rooms were pleasant

Had a little gym. No other hotels in Koblenz have this. It a nice relaxed place just along the river from the city centre. Nice 15 min walk into the city. Good rooms and facilities. Easy parking in underground garage at hotel.

Friendly family service and wonderful food

This was just what we needed for a brief 3 night stay on rail tour of Europe. Close to the Station but area seemed safe and residential. Not difficult to walk or take bus into the centre. Some good restaurants nearby. Clean and tidy without any frills. Breakfast was a good with typical Continental choices.

Nice rooms and good service. Dog friendly and next to a nice walk by the river.

Warm welcome, good food and wine. Comfortable room, lots of hot water, fluffy towels, surrounding scenery lovely.
