"The worst experience. Room was on full air conditioning and staff had no idea what to do. Had to wear a hat and coat in the room. Restaurant was terrible and over priced. Waiter literally tossed my plate down and food was almost inedible. Airport shuttle was half hour late. Do not stay jere!"

"Everything costs extra. There is no electric kettle in your room - you will have to pay €5 extra. Drinking water costs extra. Rooms are not soundproofed. We heard every footstep down the hallway. We were woken at 3AM by someone running down the hallway on both nights. We could even hear the neighbours using the toilet.
