We had a car which we were able to park and the hotel itself was reasonable. Our main gripe was that we were on the fourth floor and when we went to depart to lifts were closed for maintenance without any advice of such. If we had known we could have pre positioned our bags the night before. Besides, who does lift maintenance during the main check out time. Not sensible. Koblenz was 39C on the day that we were there which generally is pretty uncomfortable. We selected because it's 10 minutes from Koblenz train station. We asked for room for 3, and got reasonably spacious room. Stuffy when we entered, but aired out quickly. Grocery stores, bakeries, bars, restaurants within 5 minutes walk so very convenient. Next to bus line, but quiet after 7 pm. About 2 km from old city center where there are Rhine river cruises for 2 hrs. For a traveler, the area was more for locals because the language barrier was difficult in nearby cafe and dealing with the staff. But overall it’s good for a quick stay. If your from a hot climate the room is very hot during summer.
