"I received a strange email with option to upgrade my deluxe room to a junior suite. I just had to tell them how much I would pay for the 20 Euro upgrade. They never told me if I got the upgrade. When I checked in, I had to ask about the upgrade. No, the junior suite was sold out. When I checked out, they charged me for the upgrade that I never received. Room was really nice with a beautiful river view. Food was excellent. Elevator was tricky."

"Found it difficult to find information about facilities etc during stay. No info in room and unable to find dinner menu on TV. Thought dining room shut for lunch as entrance looked deserted as opposed to breakfast which ( we did not choose) was served by door. Reception staff helpful with car parking but failed at check out to give garage exit card so spent sometime trying to work out system before returning to reception to ask for help. "

"Being in this hotel was the sweetest way to experience Bonn. Having the elder care folks living on the hotel property really made this place even more special. I wouldn't mind if I ended up living here in my golden years! The staff was super friendly and the restaurant for was amazing! "
