This made the environment feel extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable, especially in a place where food is being served. We informed a member of staff, who acknowledged that they are aware there are mice in the breakfast area. The only action mentioned was that mouse traps have been placed, and they were unsure where the mice are coming from. This was very concerning and significantly affected our experience. We would expect much higher hygiene standards in a hotel of this level and hope this issue is addressed urgently."
