Amazing, incredible and attentive staff. We were there for a Euro 2024 match in Koln and we were given exact directions to and from the stadium which made everything so much easier considering how late the match ended. When we checked out, a taxi was called for us and breakfast was even opened early for us since we left before 06:00. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property itself is very well maintained. The staff take a great deal of pride in the property. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality.

All personal were very efficient,friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean ,our view was excellant,.. i had reserved a double room for 2 with 2 twin beds,i was given a double occupancy with a single double bed... the hotel staff was able to accomodate with grace and efficiency.
