The service I received was the best of the six hotels I stayed in during this trip. Bruno, the head of reception, went out of his way to ensure our complete satisfaction. On my birthday, I was spoiled from morning till night. At breakfast, they sang "Happy Birthday" to me with a cupcake and two glasses of champagne. In the afternoon, they offered us a glass of vino de Oporto, and when I arrived in the room that afternoon, there was a greeting card with a bottle of champagne and a mini cake—delicious! Also, the entire hotel is sparkling clean, smells wonderful from the moment you walk in, and they have not only flavored waters but also snacks you can have 24 hours at the lobby. The rooms are super clean and smell lovely. We were surprised that the included breakfast was à la carte; everything was delicious, and the service at the restaurant was excellent as well. I recommend it to anyone visiting Porto, and I will definitely return. Bruno, along with all the staff, made us feel very like never before in a hotel. Thank you!"
