Very friendly greeting. Informative receptionist.

Hotel was easy to drive to and park. Then walked or took bus to waterfront of Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto. Room was surprisingly quiet although beside busy highway. The room and bathroom were modern and well done but not spacious.

A good budget hotel, clean and comfortable with very helpful staff, just over a mile from the river where the main parts of the town are.

Nice hotel, very good location, close to public transportation and not a long walk from the historial center of the city. The shopping street is nearby and various facilities like bike rental is across the street. The only cons of the hotel is the 3rd floor rooms-no elevatorr. After a long walking day it's not so nice to climb 3 floors. Another thing-the beds are very small-double bed very narrow and matress is very hard. Also-it makes noises and moves while you turn at nnight. It made me wake-up many times at night.

Lovely hotel, good position. Staff doesn't speak any other language except Portuguese but we could understand each other!
