The room is small, the shower is half preventing water from splashing outside, which happened no matter what I tried, then I had to wipe the water on the floor, I was charged city tax different amount on different days (the first 2 nights 10 Euro for 2 of us, then 6 Euro for the additional night), no refrig in the room, I had to go to the reception when I needed ice or hot water. The bathroom smells sewage, the hallway doesn't look clean.

Das Hotel ist durch das gut angebundene Verkehrsnetz problemlos zu erreichen (Station Chãs), da es auf der anderen Seite liegt (gaia). Das Frühstück war ausreichen, das man gut in den Tag starten kann.

If you plan to stay here during warm/summer season, please don’t!! The AC barely works and seems like it’s all around the hotel, also if you decide to stay here plan to have a car cuz it’s almost impossible to walk around it cuz it’s next to a strada, so you won’t be able to walk to anywhere also you need to climb a hill in order to came here which is not pleasant if you have luggage

Hotel muito bom no mesmo padrão Ibis. Quartos bem mobiliados, com privacidade, e tudo necessário. Café da manhã ótimo. A localização é afastada de tudo, então é valido se estiver com carro ou for contar com taxi/uber. O ponto negativo foram os funcionários não muito simpáticos, e já na primeira noite, quando não havia nada aberto para podermos comer próximo, a moça do bar/lanchonete nos desprezou completamente até ser extremamente estupida quando perguntamos se havia algo para comer ali no hotel. Não entendemos o porque até hoje. Infelizmente são coisas que estragam toda experiencia do turista na cidade e hotel..
