"Everything was 10/10! I arrived super early off a long flight and the staff let me check in early which I was so thankful for. I was only staying here 1 night but I wish I was staying longer!"

"The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The staff were reasonably helpful and pleasant, although I found them somewhat inflexible when it came to accommodating requests. There were a few disappointing aspects of the stay. The minibar was completely empty, which was unexpected, and the property was undergoing construction during my visit, which detracted from the overall experience. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a nice selection of food, although I was surprised that poached eggs weren’t available. Given the price of breakfast, I would have expected a little more flexibility with something so simple. Overall, the location is definitely the hotel’s strongest selling point, but I felt some of the finer details and level of service could be improved to better reflect the price of the stay."

"The place is beautiful don’t get me wrong but it didn’t feel like the other four seasons I have stayed at. Felt more commercial and the pool area unfortunately gets covered by shade very early in the day. Also the jacuzzi was not very hot. The room was gorgeous though and the location was perfect!!"
