"What a lovely hotel, check-in was smooth and quick - it was busy but there were plenty of staff to cover. Room is so lovely - very spacious and decorated well. Fridge, safe, iron & ironing board all at hand and the toiletries in the bathroom smell lovely. "

Despite the city centre location it was quiet and peaceful, and the room included everything you'd need for a stay such as a kitchen area and all the utensils. "Fantastic position in town. Lovely staff, the lift was being fixed and we had an issue with the door card, so we given a free drink in the bar, which was a nice touch. Staff member was really great! "
