Agradezco mucho el buen servicio brindado durante mi estadía, muchas gracias al señor Andres por sus atenciones, los desayunos me gustaron mucho, (es lo justo por lo que pagas sin ser nada del otro mundo) las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias,, además el hotel está bien situado cerca a la embajada

Esta fue la PEOR experiencia en un hotel en nuestra vidas. Todo fue HORRIBLE/PÉSIMO desde la recepción, hasta la habitación, la comida, la atención y servicio de los empleados!!! El PEOR hotel que hemos conocido. This was our worst experience ever in a hotel. Everything was HORRIBLE, from the receptionist, to the room, the food, the attention and service from the employees. This is the WORST hotel that we have even been!!!

Demasiado calor en las habiataciones y te cobran hasta el agua que te dan en la comida me parece injusto porque supuestamente incluyen el desayuno y solo ofrecen café y chocolate caliente y un niño que no tome ni café ni chocolate va a pedir agua la cual no está incluida en el desayuno

US Embassy visit
Good hotel and friendly staff. I paid hotel on hotel.com app and they charged me extra stating taxes were not paid. First time I experienced that situation. I paid the tax because it was short stay and had no time to dispute. They should advertise at hotel that extra fee will be charged for tax at checkin. Overall good place and short wake to US Embassy

Eniss and Jimmy were perfect hosts. Bogota has racist issues just like the US, but you WILL NOT EXPERIENCE THAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The hotel is always clean and someone is always willing to help at any and all levels. To me this is more of A bed and breakfast but well worth it. Again eniss and Jimmy did A excellent job at catering to my every need. I purchased pancake batter, blueberries, and bananas. Guess what eniss cooked the pancakes for me. How sweet.

The hotel and staff were AMAZING! They really made me feel at home and comfortable.... staff took great care of me and of my mother especially since she was there for about 10 days. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I would recommend you visit this hotel when you visit bogota. Nothing but great things to say!
