"Spa was good but very busy. Breakfast was excellent and location wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately there was a gypsy wedding in the hotel during our stay and it was very noisy and there were fights in the bar. Room was good though. Large size and had everything we needed. "

"I come back solely because of Sam, the wonderful concierge. Each time I arrive with my family, he makes everything easy, happy and fun. He consistently goes out of his way for us and everyone else. I wish there were more people in the world like him. The world would be a better place. The hotel is amazing and so are all the other employees. Love the location!"

"Disappointing - room size decent but had to search for kettle, coffee and tea found in a warm wardrobe with milk sachets looked like it hadn't been filled for weeks. Curtains hard to close had to lean on back of sofas to reach. Breakfast cool hot food, not much choice . Only filter coffee tasted like it had been stood a while and a domestic toaster just the one"

"I didn't opt for breakfast but will next time, unfortunately my car got broken into when I parked overnight in the disability parking bay with my disability Blue badge. It was a shock to to see the damage in the morning and the police were quickly in attendance and per CCTV cameras recording everything in the car park. I would most definitely book the hotel again in the future and would recommend it highly."

"We stay on a regular basis ,can't fault the picked sprout restaurant, food always top notch ,rooms a bit dated but comfortable and always clean ."

"Only stayed one night unfortunately but will definitely return. Staffs are very helpful and friendly; great breakfast; bedroom lovely and enjoyed the bar. We would have eaten at the restaurant but only one vegan option on the menu so are elsewhere and the gym is good as long as there are few people in there at the same time. Great location in the center, just not the easiest to find."
