"It was exactly what we were looking for. A country pub with B&B. Arrived to a warm welcome, good beer and nice dinner. Room was extremely comfortable and breakfast was exactly what you want and would expect. Thoroughly recommend - even if it is a bit off the beaten track - which is why we chose it."

"The accommodation is lovely, it’s in its own little courtyard, which is accessed via the pub, which is a friendly establishment. The only downside is that in common with a lot of Ludlow, the kitchen closed at 7.30, which meant I bought a takeaway from the Chinese round the corner and they missed out on a food and drink order."

"We were walking the Shropshire Way and the White Horse was a nice place to fall into at the end of a long day's walk. The food was wholesome and the bedroom was quiet and comfortable. The bar area was popular with locals celebrating a football match win and this lasted until around 10:00 pm when it all subsided into a gentle placidity. The breakfast in particular was delicious."

"Friendliest people work at this Inn.we were made to feel valued and welcome. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We arrived early so we could spend the afternoon in Worcester. They called us a taxi and allowed us to park our cars there even though we hadn’t checked in. The rooms we had booked were basic, but comfortable, in an attached annexe not in the Inn itself. "Staff very accommodating and friendly - nothing was too much bother. Rooms very pleasant and beds very comfortable. Parking on site. Some ground floor rooms available in courtyard. Would definitely recommend as a base for travelling around the area visiting the any gardens, castles etc. Will definitely return again."

"Fantasy food, make sure you get dinner and breakfast here. Staff were lovely too. Cabins and hot tubs were great. WiFi not possible in the cabins and no phone signal so you have to switch off!"

"We enjoyed a good stay at the hotel. It was well situated for our trip to Malvern Spring Flower Show. The staff were lovely and the food was good pub food. We particularly enjoyed the steak night which was excellent. Breakfasts were tailored to us individually, were well cooked and good sized portions. We will definitely stay here again. "

"The rooms are very comfortable, once you have passed through the hallway. The inn was quiet in the evening and convenient to the Iron Bridge and to the Bedlam furnaces. There are more nice walks across the river. Both the evening meal and the more-than-full English breakfast were excellent! "
