"I fainted this morning in the morning. The staffs took great care of me, especially a receptionist named Thilda (hope I spelled her name correctly), who went above and beyond to take care of me!! I would give her 10 stars!! The room service is excellent too! Highly recommend hotel!"

"Staff were extra helpful. They would walk you to find where you wanted to go, not just tell you directions. The Spa and Saunas are so relaxing and restorative. Worth it. "

"anyone considering the hotel: i haven't seen it explained very clearly but the way you get to the hotel is via a 5 minute driverless monorail thing straight from terminal 5 car park. It's unbelievably convenient, just factor in another 16 quid (8 there, 8 back). But honestly, it was worth it for the speed. You can get from T2/T3 coachstation to T5 park via free train within half hour, then the pod things are waiting for you and you're there in a blink. The actual hotel itself was way better than i expected for the price and when there was an issue, they resolved it straight away in a way that was very generous."
