This accommodation is perfectly placed to explore Birmingham city centre and business districts, where you can visit museums and try new restaurants, whilst shopping across Birmingham’s buzzing high street. The property consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and offers guests a spacious living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking home-cooked meals, and has its own dining area. The property design is a combination of modern and functional, being intelligently designed for long and short stays. By staying here, you will enjoy home comfort, whilst being away from home. This property comes with Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, toiletries and Netflix for your comfort. The living room is geared with comfortable sofas and a 65” Smart TV, with free access to streaming services. The accommodation comes with free parking. During your stay: 1\. There cannot be any more than the confirmed guests in or on our property at any one point, this will be a violation of our occupancy limit and violation of this will lead to the immediate removal of all guests without any refund. 2\. All guests must respect our community guidelines: No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests No Smoking No extra guests 3, Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm. 4\.
