This is a first class boutique pub. Bedroom was lovely, quiet and comfortable. (Though there could be more shelving for toiletries).Restaurant provided an excellent range of evening meals and breakfast options to a very high standard.
All staff were extremely polite

OMG. I stay in a lot of hotels but this tops the list of my favourites. My junior suite was vast and the food excellent. Stay here......except when I want to stay again!

Beautiful setting and lovely staff. Back garden (where the fish are) was lovely, so peaceful, pretty and relaxing. The gardens generally were beautiful. Hotel room was lovely but could have had a fridge and also should really have access to SKY and International TV channels (This - for a hotel of this quality - really should be standard). In the summer, the local walks and access to nearby beaches means there is plenty of leisure and outdoor activity; for the winter period however, it would be...

Very traditional inn experience! Beautiful town with everything within walking distance. Staff are warm, chatty and more than happy to fufill requests if able. Breakfast was served between 7:30 and 10 giving plenty of time to laze if needed. Breakfast is cooked to order not a buffet style. Overall a fantastic experiance.

Quick check-in with friendly staff. Nice clean room with big bed and large screen TV. Good buffet style breakfast from an early time so you can have breakfast and catch the shuttle to the airport.

This is a lovely privately owned and managed hotel. All so very English. We had a great time and have recommended this hotel to several friends already.

I was disappointed that there was no food available in the evening, it meant a 10 minute walk in torrential rain to get to the beefeater restaurant across the bridge. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I stayed in the Hilton Arundel for Goodwood last year and have to say that the Confort Inn was a lot better. Just missed the food aspect.

Great initial welcome from Mike, backed up by some wonderful idiosyncratic features that uplifted the stay. Complimentary Sipsmiths Sloe Gin in the room, choice of two single malt whiskies (also complimentary) and freshly brewed coffee at the refreshments station were unexpected and warmly enjoyed! Restaurant and bar staff were very helpful and food preparation and presentation were excellent. The breakfast of blueberry pancakes were the prettiest presentation we've ever seen.

Very happy we chose this hotel loved the boutique room and glad we ate in the restaurant as the food was outstanding, also worth taking the time to walk around the village as very pretty and well kept. Stayed here as close to Arundel castle which was also amazing.

We stayed in a suite as we have 2 children- absolutely perfect. Luxurious really, lots of space. Breakfast great, pool good enough (roll on summer and the outdoor pool!) Staff were non intrusive and accommodating, and some grandeur to the building - in need of a bit of repair in places, but frankly this was irrelivent. Such a lovely place to stay and we would go back again and again.

Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport.
We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze.
