"I had a 5:30 am check-in time for out patient surgery at Baptist Eye Center. We searched the reviews of the hotels in the area and chose the Wingate. Excellent choice! The lobby is updated and clean. Breakfast was well prepared. Better than most hotel breakfasts. (It was still being served when I returned from my procedure.) Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was dark and cool…excellent sleeping atmosphere. Highly recommended. (We stayed so nights.) Another plus…Panera Bread is right across the street."

"I like the contemporary look of this hotel and the front desk staff went out of the way to ensure that my stay was good and it was great. Oh the beds are so soft and the pillows and that is my concern when I stayed places: I am wondering if the beds are rock hard which affects my back in the worse way. The gentleman at the bar was the best that I have seen in a long time, since the integrity of excellent customer service went out the window with this generation. They have a happy hour that is the bomb.com."
