"The property is a very old one and hence a bit quirky but that’s fine. My room for instance was small with the sink in the main bedroom whilst the loo and shower were in the en suite but that was fine as I was by myself. The owners had put such thought into meeting my every need which was greatly appreciated- in the bedroom I couldn’t have wanted for anything more. The house has a small parking area and beautiful gardens to sit out in. Breakfast is individually coked and catered for too. The only drawback I think is the stairs leading to the bedrooms are very steep with small foot treads, the bottom ones particularly are uneven in depth and slope. However they are heavily carpeted and there are rails. It’s a very old loved property."

"Great trip, over too quickly. Really handy place for everywhere we needed which was fab. Photos don't do it justice. Everyone very happy. Friendly cat kept showing up in the back garden too which delighted my daughter and niece."

"A very well appointed studio room with a very comfortable bed and a great shower.Good, detailed description of the property and the surrounding towns were received prior to travel. Also instructions on how to access the property and use the facilities, if the host was not there on arrival.As it happens, Rosemary, was there when we arrived and she was very welcoming, and showed us around and told us how to use the hot tub and other facilities.The Studio is located on a quiet country lane and is very private. It is in a great location for exploring both the English Riviera Coast, and the Jurassic Coast. There is a large supermarket and numerous mini supermarkets within 5 miles of the property and there are in excess of 30 ( We lost count ) pubs and restaurants within 10 miles.We loved our stay, and will return again soon."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Rosemary and Ian's cottage it had everything we need for our 3 night stay. The property was clean, comfortable (good beds) and just what we wanted. The village of East Budleigh is very nice with a good village shop.All in all we had a great stay and will be booking again next year."

"Great location 5 minutes from the beach. The beds are comfy which is such a big plus. This was our second visit we found the aga difficult to cook for 5 people it was okay to door a stir fry but difficult to use the oven and do a roast. The look of the place overall is charming. Parking the car was difficult too but my son was good at it"
