"Hotel was fine, breakfast could have been slightly less expensive, but it was fine. The room was recently renovated. US folks beware, as the UK standard, no washcloths. My feeling is that this is tired and old tradition and needs to fall away. The hotel has this funky "3rd party" service that does the convenience store program. It's all self service. This is fine, except when they chained up the alcohol. I can't buy what you aren't able to sell; hotel can't do anything except send you outside....

"Excellent hotel, we were a bit dissapointed that there was no A/C, but I called about it and a fan was sent to the room and the young man who brought it was very kind and helped us opening the window because we couldnt figure out how to open it. Overall, very good experience."

"Well located to our London plans. Downstairs nice and well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. We extended our ck out to 1pm as we had theatre tix at 2:30-and they were accommodating us! Room not vacuumed well as I stepped on some other people’s crap on the floor. Only 1 hand towel for 2 people (we specifically requested twin beds as we are 2 friends). "Wasn’t expecting much but for one night it was perfect and all we needed. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Even let us order a Deliveroo to reception in the early hours of the morning! The room was basic but all we needed. Hotel was very clean and room too. Three single beds in one room was exactly what we needed. The water was hot which was great! The doors, decor and carpet were dated but a very clean and tidy hotel. Shop in the hotel ridiculously expensive!! Only let down was the sink in...
