"The only thing I would say is things just look out dated the hallways could use some paint and the furniture was all scuffed up but it was a good hotel staff was awesome on every shift "

"We had a really good stay. The bad reviews (and many are wrong) are scary and I almost did not book here. Check in was easy. The staff are all very friendly. We were in room 612. Super Cold AC, Very hot shower, lots of TV channels. The beds were comfortable. We had a side view of the beach. The room was clean and we had no problems. The hotel was very quite. No slamming doors were heard. The last night, someone was smoking on their balcony so we didn't get to enjoy looking at the stars and listening to the waves.
Breakfast was very good. We had bacon the first day and that was the best breakfast of our stay. I did not notice any leaks in the ceiling in the dining area. The breakfast is one of the best free breakfast we have ever had at a hotel.
The hotel looks like it has been remodeled lately and is very clean. We did not see any of the problems that people complained about recently. The pool was great. The gate to the beach worked perfect. There was plenty of free parking.
My only two complaints.
1. The milk wasn't cold enough.
2. They need free coffee in the lobby 24/7

"The rooms, outside around the property, and lobby areas were always spotless clean! The only complaint was that the hotel is a bit old and run down, but even with that complaint, it was still always spotless clean!"
"Liked the access from the hotel to the beach.
The hotel bar did not have a good selection of imported beers. Outside bartender was friendly, but she should wash her hands before handling wedges/garnish for cocktails. "
"You get what you pay for. It’s in the beach but an older motel and as such needs updating, worst for me was ac was not able to cool room and tub filled up when showering and packing is tight but for a night it’s okay "
