It was upsetting that we were booked into an accessible room because I informed them I had a walker and ground floor would be easier. I'm having hip surgery and lowered cabinets and sinks are impossible as bending over is very difficult. They did move us but not until we had already gone to the 1st room. It was exhausting having to walk to 2 separate rooms. Not a good way to start out our stay, I just wanted to leave I was so exhausted. But would still be charged as we had already checked in. Had we been informed of the accessible room prior we could have changed it before having to walk to 2 rooms. We asked to be by a pool as that was a primary reason for the stay, but were informed the kind of room booked was not in a bldg near any pools. So, we were unable to use a pool because I was unable to go the distance. The adjoining rooms doors arw so rhin we could hear conversations in the next room. NOT GOOD. Also, maids were yelling to each other in spanish and very noisy. Sleep was not possible. Not very happy. May not ever return.

We have been visiting the Reunion and Golf Resort for over 10 years, this year we visited this past April and the last 11 days in May 2026. The staff at the Resort and the Waterpark within the Reunion was fantastic.

3 bedroom, wheelchair accessible, spacious. Nice layout. Refrigerator leaked, didn't make ice, garbage disposal didn't work. said was set up for 8 but there were not 8 place settings, silverware , etc.
