"Friendly and accommodating staff, I was late booking our dinner but get accomodated, good food. Small but charming, beautiful and sustainable vegetable garden. Rooms are small so is the bathroom, XL size person may have challenges using the bathroom. I understand that these type of accomodation caters for hikers so our room have hiker's feet smell which you get used after a while. "

"Great location with fantastic staff, room is *very* small, and lacks ammenities compared to what i expect, there's just hand soap and that's it. Not sure if this is normal or not, but every hotel I've been too has had toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, tea making facilities etc. Was kinda a bummer because it meant I had to go buy big bottles that I could only use once or twice."

"I love family owned restaurants and hotels as they carry a legacy and this place just ticked all the boxes. Recently renovated with an amazing bathroom, great amenities and clean space to live. Bed was super comfortable. So accessible to the public transport, with options to park if needed. The entire staff was so helpful, always there to guide us. Helped me save money on passes and stuff by giving options. Would stay again when I visit next!"

"I loved this hotel! It's beautiful, the people were very nice, and the rooms were lovely and clean. The bed was so comfortable! Breakfast was amazing and the view was even better. We also had dinner at the hotel since we couldn't find anywhere else to eat because there were no reservations available, which was fine with us because the food in the restaurant was great! my mom had the salad and the kraut salat tasted just how my oma made it so definitely has my seal of approval. "Lovely, centrally located hotel with amazing views. Very friendly staff that caters for your very need. If I have a complaint, it’s only a small one; Breakfast is good but samey. Varying the fresh fruit and installing a toaster is advised. But all things being equal, I fully recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Our room had an excellent balcony. The view is quite amazing. Ate dinner at the Hotel restaurant. Very pleasant staff and good food. The only reason I knocked the surrounding area was because they are working on a new gondola next door and it was a bit messy. Not the hotels fault. We were able to have them hold our bags so we could explore the area and come back later and check in. Front desk clerk Andi was a hoot and a good idea person...
