We were really pleased with our stay here. Very good value compared to some other places and its a spacious 3-bedroom penthouse apartment, in a lovely neighbourhood, with a balcony and great ciews, and with trams & buses nearby making it easy to move around the city. I honestly couldnt have found a nicer apartment for this price and it made our trip 10× better. The owners were friendly, with clear instructions and easygoing. 10/10

Pleasant apartment

Pleasant apartment with nice view above the park. The neighborhood is cool and has some good little restaurants, just a short distance from the tourist center. Deal starting point to discover Berlin as if you lived there.

The place was just obviously not cleaned, dirty dishes unclean sheets, bugs in food and wet laundry left in the machines. All of the personal belongings were still out and it felt like we had wrongly entered someone’s house tooth brushes were on the sink and ointment on the bedside table, things like bank info were also left open on the desk.

In Berlin wie zuhause

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Kai und seiner Familie sehr genossen. Sie liegt direket am Helmholtzplatz im familienfreundlichen Prenzlauer Berg – ruhig, angenehm und gut angebunden. Die Wohnung ist bewohnt, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause. Besonders schön war das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Balkon und Blick auf den Fernsehturm. Der Kontakt mit Hannah, die uns freundlich empfangen hat, war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
