The front desk service was perfect, nice and all time ready to help. The location is convenient with public transport at the front of the door. Many restaurants around! If you stay at the Quentin, do not forget to try a dönner at the Teos Bistro. The best!!! However, the cleanliness of the Quentin Hotel needs to be improved.

WARNING!!! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL! LOOKING AT THE PICTURES OF THIS HOTEL ON THE DIFFERENT WEBSITES, ALL LOOKS NICE, ESPECIALLY THE BAR AND RESTAURANT AREA, BUT THEY FORGOT TO INFORM POTENTIAL CLIENTS THAT THE RESTAURANT AND BAR CLOSED DUE TO AN ELECTRICITY PROBLEM. THAT IS WHAT THEY SAY. EVEN THAT IS NOT TRUE. THE ENTIRE HOTEL HAD ELECTRICITY EVEN THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE DOING THE NIGHT IT WAS LIT UP, ALSO SPOKE TO THE STAFF. THIS HOTEL POSTED MISLEADING INFORMATION. THIS HOTEL HAS NO VENDING MACHINES, NO MINIBARS, NOTHING ,IF YOU WANT TO DRINK WATER OR SNACK, BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS. I TRAVEL OFTEN TO BERLIN FOR BUSINESS, NEVER AGAIN WILL STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The area is far from the city center but the hotel itself was nice. The bar are is super cool looking but its not open at all which was a bummer.

Awful. 3 star hotel at very best!
No way is this place a 4 star hotel. Couldn’t get a drink until 6pm because they didn’t have anyone on the bar, they charge you €2.50 for a TINY glass bottle of water in your room. The A/C was noisy throughout the night as was the car park for the hotel directly outside my window. The staff were very poor and seemed as though they just couldn’t be bothered, the facilities were non existent and to top it all off, after pouring myself a cup of coffee in my room in the morning, they had left a cracked mug but turned it around so you couldn’t see. After I poured the coffee in and picked up the mug I then had it all down my T-shirt and jeans... see pics. I certainly won’t be using or recommending this place ever again.

Room for improvement
Room was not clean bedsheets not changed , also charges from hotel bar appeared wrongly on my bill because their staffs mistake causing delay on Check out. I wasnt happy with the bed mattress it was extremely soft causing back pain!

Style over Substance and Function
This hotel seems to put a premium on style and design, unfortunately to the detriment of function and substance. The rooms and lobby are chic and uber-cool. However, the room I was in had no drawers or cabinets for clothes, and the rack/hangers were at an elevation of about 2 meters in a closet into which were also stuffed the safe and minibar (which had no glasses). The TV did not get the channels listed, and it took two visits to the reception to rectify that situation. MOST IMPORTANT, THOUGH, WAS THE FACT THAT WHEN I CAME BACK FROM THE OPERA MY FIRST NIGHT THERE, THE ROOM DOOR WAS WIDE OPEN!!! I DID NOT LEAVE IT OPEN; PERHAPS a service person who attempted, and failed, to fix the TV channels, neglected to close the door. I don't know, and neither did the Reception, which offered no apology, explanation, or compensation offer in case things had been damaged or stolen (which, fortunately, did not appear to be the case). This is the FIRST time in my decades of hotel-going that this has happened!! I hope it will be the last, and the HOTEL MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION NOW TO MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN! Needless to say, I won't be back....

Perfect location, bad cleaning service
The location of the hotel is perfect: close to Berlin Messe, subway and train station nearby, Scharlottenburg Palace within walking distance. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good although we wished the coffee to be stronger. The rooms are large. The design of the rooms is modern but not quite practical. There's noise from the street so have that in mind when you book. The biggest problem we had was with the cleaning of the rooms and restocking of toiletries. We had to ask at the reception several times for shower gel, emptying the trash, etc. We expected better cleaning service at these rates from a 4* hotel.

Great boutique hotel in a pleasant, quiet part of Charlottenburg, with good bus / underground connections to anywhere in Berlin. I always end up staying here. Great power-showers, and trendy artwork. I spent part of my first evening here discussing what we thought the painting in our room might mean! The staff are friendly, but they do know me by now, having stayed here at least a dozen times. They always bring me extra shampoo for my hip length dreadlocks. Highly recommend.

Complete surprise Very friendly staff Spacious room with a comfy sofa and bed and enough room left to dance. The only drawback was some of the other people who stayed on my floor thought it was OK to laugh and shout at 3am in the corridor which was very echoey but you meet thoughtless people like that anywhere and it wasn’t the end of the world. Beautiful tree outside my windows ( which opened).

Absolutely lovely hotel
I have just come back from 4 nights at this hotel and I loved every minute. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had about the city etc. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. It was very comfortable and a lovely place to relax. There is a great cocktail bar downstairs which is open until 2am. The barman was very welcoming and the cocktails were nice, just maybe a tad pricey compared to some of the other places. The location is separate from the main busy, tourist area but is in a cute little spot which has lots of bars and restaurants around. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away and there are buses everywhere. It is only about a 10 minute cab ride to the start of the main tourist section. Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely come back and recommend!

Great Hotel.
Great, Stylish Hotel. Rooms are very spacious and so are the bathrooms. Air-con and all the amenities on site. I really enjoyed Quentin Boutique and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
