Housed in the most central district of Berlin (Mitte), Guesthouse Moabit’s apartments are in a quiet street within a lively central neighbourhood that is well connected to the local sights. The nearest subway station, Turmstraße, as well as the tram M10 can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, the metro station Beusselstrasse is just 10 minutes by foot or a 3 minute bus trip away; and many buses to get around the city are accessible in under 3 minutes. The M10 tram allows a comfortable and very short commute to Central Station (Hauptbahnhof).

This is our favorite flat in our guesthouse as it offers a large kitchen with plenty of space to socialize. The apartment is very quiet and has a beautiful view on the garden of one of Berlin's typical backyards. All our apartments are bright, cosy, and seek to create a homelike atmosphere. They are equipped with a kitchen that includes hobs, a fridge, a toaster, coffee machines, and an electric kettle along with basic cooking implements. All rooms have en suite bathrooms. WiFi connectivity is available in all areas. We don't have private parking, but there is a free parking zone just a 5 minute walk away (a luxury in the heart of Berlin...).

The beautiful river Spree is just around the corner and the nearby streets are dotted with numerous cafés, eateries, and bars. Berlin’s large Tiergarten park is a very short bus ride (or a walk) away and the well-known shopping avenue, Ku’damm, is 3 subway stops from Turmstraße.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful and in an interesting neighbourhood. I would highly recommend staying and I wish I had more time to explore Berlin.

Manager was very friendly and nearby so even though I kept late/early hours he was available if I needed anything. Getting on a bus was no problem and I was able to get to anywhere I needed easily and it was very peaceful, didn't think I'd wake up to birdsong in a city like Berlin.

This flat is well located, close to the tram, metro and centre. However, a number of things need to be improved quickly: the mattress which is too much soft and thin, the lighting, really poor in the main room, putting in a frying pan compatible with the induction hob, and redoing the shower room (washbasin too small and cracked) and shower between the washbasin and the WC. Radiator not fixed and door doesn't close. These improvements would bring the property up to current standards!

This was the worst accommodation with similar prices ever. It is almost impossible to use bed with two persons. If two people want to sleep in the bed and one of them is heavier, the lighter person rolls permanently onto the heavier one. The mattress is sagging. There is not a single place to hang anything or a wardrobe for clothes. There are just a few old, unusable items standing around. The kitchen furnishings are absolutely minimalist. 2 tiny cups, 2 water glasses, 2 plates each. No TV. The bathroom cannot be called a bathroom. You can neither wash yourself in the minimalist washbasin nor can you call this construction a shower. Unbelievable. The price is definitely not justified for this hostel.

Muy buen recibimiento, pude aclarar todas mis preguntas. Hasta para dos personas ideal, ya que por este precio tuvimos casi todo cerca, supermercados, tranvia, buses y el metro. Si hay algo especial es la ubicación de la ducha. Entre el lavabo y el WC. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.
