Ideally Located This furnished apartment is located in Charlottenburg, which is set within the district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf in Berlin's inner city. This elegant neighborhood is known for its historic architecture and high-end shopping scene, and there's no shortage of things to see and do nearby. Charlottenburg Palace, a Baroque castle that is now a museum, is worth a visit. Other neighborhood highlights include the Deutsche Oper Berlin and Schaubühne, a three-stage Modernist theater designed by Erich Mendelsohn. There's also the lovely Forst Grunewald, a vast greenspace located along the western border of the neighborhood. Charlottenburg is served by several U-Bahn and bus lines. Other things to note This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for three months, a year, or more. Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees. Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building. We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured. A security deposit of €1290 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages. Also note \- There are stairs leading up to the entrance of this apartment, but no elevator This apartment is available for temporary stays only and is not suitable for tourist or permanent residential use. Upon booking, guests must provide a valid travel purpose accepted by local legislation to confirm the reservation.
