Clean hotel, expensive breakfast, a little pricey
This hotel was very clean and tidy but for £175 a night I would have expected Air Con and breakfast! Breakfast turned out to be 15E each which I thought was expensive.....45 euros for breakfast! Our stays in Vienna and Prague both included breakfast or it was a much more reasonable 8 euros. The room was large but unfortunately as it was at the front of the courtyard smoke from people smoking outside wafted to us!!! :-(

We stayed at the property for 3 nights in June. The property was well maintained, the housekeeping service was great, support staff was very responsive to email communications. I was not attentive to the fact that the room did not have air conditioning when I booked the reservation. Unfortunately, Berlin was having a heat wave which made sleeping difficult, the floor fan did help.

Excellent location ! Between 5-8 coffee shops within 2-3 min walking distance. Trams/train stops a few yard away. Hotel staff are super friendly and all guests also get free coffees between 11am and 9pm (regardless if you paid for breakfast or not). They have a lovely courtyard for relaxing during good weather and it's a very safe location bang in the middle of Berlin (Mitte). Magic John's NY style Pizza is also a 2 min walk away :) You can't go wrong here in terms of location and cleanliness, it's perfect for families.

It was very clean, friendly & helpful staff. The location and area is fantastic. Loads of great restaurants & coffee shops within 2-3 minutes walk from hotel, trams & train station 4-5 min walk. The hotel is in the Mitte Borough which means you are centrally located and close to everything. Although so central the hotel is quiet and peaceful so you can enjoy a very comfortable rest at night. Great price, great hotel!

The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us a map and showed us where we could visit things in Berlin. The room we stayed in was nice and big and very comfortable. The only thing that was lacking was AC and it’s on a busy/noisy street, so leaving the windows open is not ideal. Despite that inconvenience, I would stay here again.

Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Huge windows so lots of natural light. It’s away from the street so pretty quiet. The wifi is a bit weak in the room but works fine in the lobby and the dining area. The breakfast is lovely with lots of choices. The staff is super friendly, patient and helpful. I had a great time!

Perfect hotel!
LOCATION: Perfect location in the Mitte district. Both the tram and U-Bahn stops are right around the corner. The hotel entrance is in a quiet courtyard. Lots of restaurants and shops next to hotel. ROOM: Our room was beautiful- tall windows and adequate heating system. We were upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival free of charge and this room was a suite style. The design was sleek and modern and felt very comfortable. Bathroom was perfect. SERVICE: Mostly though, I loved the friendliness of the receptionist, Sophie (blonde hair). She was extremely helpful and gracious. Her English was perfect- not that I expect people in other countries to cater to a English speakers, but it was such a nice touch. Overall, I absolutely loved our stay here and recommend it to everyone.

Very clean, safe and new property. I was a solo female traveler and did not once feel unsafe in the hotel or the area. Central location, kind of mid point and walkable to all tourist sites. Tram line and many restaurants/cafes 2 mins walk away. I did a late checkin post 1am and the hotel provided me clear instructions for accessing the night entrance. Room was tight which is the case in most Europe but very organized layout. Only thing they could improve - provide free coffee/tea/hot water in the lobby area since the room doesn’t come with a water kettle or coffee maker.

Unfortunately the smell from the drain was coming back up into one of our bathrooms obviously a common problem as you can also smell it at times from the drains as you walk around the city.

Great stay
Great location near shopping, restaurants and museums as well as public transportation. Room was spacious even with the folding bed pulled out. Overall a great stay!

Great place. I recommend it. The one thing I would ask them to add is an ice machine and queen size blankets in the queen size bed. Otherwise I has a great experience with them, awesome breakfast, friendly and responsive staff, renovated room, really worth every penny! Oh and a great location for those relying on public transport - one block from tram, subway, and bus service, and lots, I mean LOTS, of restaurants.

The room was essentially a bed, the shower on one side and toilet on the other. Not bad but the staff leave after 10pm and the place shuts down. You are strongly reminded to hang onto your key. I didn’t realize that and probably would have opted for more service in that regard. The room was boutique chic and nice enough. The neighborhood was very nice and convenient.
