"I cannot say enough how wonderful our stay was at Oak Manor. We stayed here for our daughter’s law school graduation and we had 15 family and friends join us. The house was exceptional. So clean and comfortable. We cooked all of our meals together and grilled out on the terrace. The property grounds are wonderful and we spent many hours on the terrace enjoying the views and comfy patio furniture. "We were very happy with our stay at the farm house. One problem we did have was several of our group are elderly and climbing the stairs was too much for them. Except for the master bedroom, all the other bedrooms were upstairs. Needless to say, some people that we thought we would have beds for ended up sleeping on the couch downstairs."

"Nice spot for our group visiting family in Carbondale. Clean, spacious, and well stocked with goodies. Looks out onto a big farm field which made for great sunrises. Some plumbing issues, with one toilet that continually clogged and standing water in the shower. Would like to see some area rugs & outdoor lighting added to the property. Overall, a good stay for our group and met our needs well."

"Cleanliness was immaculately EXCELLENT!! Decor was adorable & fresh. All appliances & necesscities that you can imagine & in good quality. Host was EXCELLENT with communication & very considerate. Only needed a place since we were passing through for the night, but the EXCELLENT location, facility & ease of process has made us consider returning just so we can have a mini vacay there & really enjoy the property."
