Front desk was difficult to reach when we needed towels because the room only had one. Once they did answer, the towels were delivered promptly. I would recommend staying at anothe of the downtown hotels. "

"Property is great however be prepared to be stopped in the lobby every time you walk through so someone can try to sell you a Hilton timeshare. Not exactly an enjoyable experience and there is no way to avoid using the main lobby when entering or exiting."
