ABOUT CH VILLA CUENCA BENIJOFAR A fantastic detached villa boasting 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub the other one with a walk in shower room and a private pool, lends itself to a superb family vacation. Less than a 10 minute stroll to the centre of Quesada and a short drive to the blue flag beaches of Guardamar and the bustling centre of Torrevieja makes this a perfect location. This spacious villa has a fully equipped kitchen that provides a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge and an oven. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and livingroom with SAT / IPTV plus free WiFi and a dining room table for six people as well as plenty of outside dining areas. In addition to an outdoor private pool including sun beds, the villa also provides a barbecue, table tennis table and a large terrace with outside dining table for 8 people. The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest. Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. The small town of Benijofar is popular with expats and is also close to the expat towns of Formentera del Segura, Ciudad Quesada, Algorfa, Rojales, Almoradi, San Fulgencio and Heredera. Benijofar is also a popular place to stay for the summer holidays as it is close enough to the coastal resorts yet quiet enough to be able to get away from it all. There are several golf courses close by as well as water parks in nearby Rojales and Torrevieja. The Plaza Constitucion is the place to go for the evening and spend time visiting the bars and pubs and enjoying some of the nightlife that Benijofar has to offer. Temptations is the pLace to be on a Saturday night where you can enjoy the disco and karaoke party including a half priced happy hour. Benijofar is also good to enjoy a walking holiday as there are some fabulous trails along the banks of the Segura River as well as taking a drive to the town of Rojales and then taking a walk to the village of Formentera. LOCAL TRANSPORT Benijofar has two airports less than an hour away by car which are Alicante Airport, the busiest hub to the north and Murcia Airport to the south. Getting to Benijofar is straightforward, please enquire about our airport transfers to and from Benijofar for competitive prices for you. There are bus routes and taxis available on the main street in Ciudad Quesada. From Rojales you can get directly to Torrevieja, Guardamar, Alicante, Orihuela, Benejuzar, La Mata, La Marina, the Hospital, etc. CLOSE TO BENIJOFAR The nearest and best beaches to Benijofar are about fifteen minutes away by car and are some of the best beaches on the Southern Costa Blanca, at Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja. There are also regular bus services from Benijofar to Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja with easy access to the beaches. There are numerous golf courses on the Southern Costa Blanca and Benijofar is closest to the La Finca Golf Course in Algorfa and the La Marquesa Golf and Country Club in Ciudad Quesada. Market day takes place near the church on a Tuesday in Benijofar and is a very colourful experience. Plenty to do and places to dine in the local areas. Easy travel to traditional Spanish markets in around 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes to the nearest beach again by car and only 30 minutes from hotspots like La Zenia and Cabo Roig. Love this part of Spain, the villa is in a quiet location which was only a 10 minute stroll across the festure gardens to the town center with shops and bars. This was too few (5 forks, 3 teaspoons, plastic glasses from various pubs, etc.) and bore the mark of being collected together over many years. The coffee table in the living room was missing the glass top. The outdoor area was not like the pictures in the presentation. Worn out sunbeds and parasol. No outdoor plants as in the picture.
