Discover the sites and attractions of the Costa del Sol from your door. The two good-sized rooms each have two single beds that can be converted into a double bed if preferred. Ideal for couples or families with children who treat this property with respect, which has been dedicated much care and attention to detail for the comfort of our guests. Due to its location, you are in the city center but in a very quiet area. Close to the train station and shops. There are British channels for television and sports. Extras not included in the reservation: Entry before 15h or 16h (depending on general or high season): 20€ Late checkout: Price to be consulted, variable by season. Under request and subject to availability. Extra towels: 5€ (1 set of 1 hand towel and 1 body towel) Extra sheets: 5€ for a set of top sheet, bottom sheet, and 2 pillowcases. The location was perfect just 200 yards from the railway station and the town centre and on the flat. The handover of keys by Benalcoast Properties was efficient and we were well informed with no problems. The one little problem with a faulty kettle and a blown fuse was handled immediately and to everyone’s satisfaction. Mark us three ticks! Apart from a slope to the communal gate, access to he apartment was a breeze for two Scots oldies. The walk from Benalmadena/Arroyo de la Miel train station took only five minutes. We followed the sun from east to west on the decent-sized balcony, and look closely and there was even a sea view. Our apartment was cosy and well equipped. Problem was, our toaster no longer toasted but was speedily replaced. Our kettle refused to work in the kitchen but worked in the living room. No hardship that. Our large TV had 99 Sky channels once we discovered how to get them. There was a lift to the second floor of our accommodation, though it was out of order for most of our stay. Supermarket shopping was a five-minute venture, though uphill on the initial stretch. There were two bar/restaurants nearby, both excellent with friendly staff. Pizzas at the most local were excellent. So our stay was a good one. We had a mix-up with gate keys, but speedily resolved. Would happily return. ##### Anthony A. The apartment is gated with shared garden and only 5 minutes walk from Benalmadena train station which is handy for travel from Malaga, Airport, Torremolinos, and Fuengirola . Trains are reliable,frequent and relatively cheap. We were met at the apartment by Jesús after a quick call to tell him we had landed at Malaga. He is a very polite, well mannered and helpful man. He showed us the keys for the gate and door and walked us through the apartment. It is on the 2nd floor and has a lift which worked flawlessly. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each and they are a fair size. There are 2 bathrooms with walk in showers, both very modern. The lounge is a good size with satellite tv and also the owner has left access to Netflix etc so plenty of English speaking channels to keep you entertained if you decide to stay in. In the lounge is a corner suite/ sofa bed. Very comfortable and converting into bed is so easy! There is a dining set and also patio furniture outside on the balcony. There is air con in lounge and the 2 bedrooms which worked great in the 40 degree heat. The kitchen is a good size and very well equipped. There are plenty of local cafes, bars and restaurants close by.
