Lovely breakfast. Friendly welcoming staff. Dog friendly ish but there are rules!

All staff were friendly and welcoming...our room was very comfortable and clean. Shower was excellent Food was of very high quality and lots of it Recommend the Steak & Ale pie with Garlic Mash & Fish n Chips The local ale was lovely...and local gins and isle of wight whisky went down well. All in all a 10/10 experience from start to finish

Greta Hotel, staff and location. Pretty much everything you want from a Hotel. Location was perfect for us and the staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

A little gem, beautifully appointed throughout. Room 10 comes with a large pink bathroom which includes a bath the length of which I had not yet encountered, a toilet built like a tank (double hinged toilet seat and cover) and a mahusive walk-in shower large enough to fit big foot. At breakfast (included) we opted for fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, a croissant (still warm and crispy) and well cooked full English with more options available. Francesca on reception excellent helping me with my 93 yr old Mum. Due to no lifts in operation. Letting me have a room on level 1. Getting the guys to help with bags to and from car to the room. Waiters at breakfast ie. Beth and others offering to help carry food for Mum from Buffet. This was all so supportive for me on my own. Your Staff are very proud of the hotel especially the Sunday lunch times with bands. They are also excited about the new renovations that have taken place. I will be...

Only issue was Room was very cold on arrival and blankets should be in rooms as overnight with the thin quilts in the bed we found to be cold during the night.

Lovely welcome from reception- vip of the day was an amazing surprise - I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and this tops the lot- fantastic view of the cricket ground. Bar and restaurant staff were all lovely and the food was delicious. Everywhere was immaculate .

On arrival we were greater by a friendly member of staff, checked in nice and smoothly. The room was very nice, had coffee machine, smart tv air con etc. We stayed in a Junoir sweet and only got a double bed so had a bad sleep but other than that there wasn't any conolaints. The food in the restutant was delicious! I had the pork belly followed by sticky toffee pudding. And breakfast was nice aswell so I would recommend it and I shall be returning

Its a lovely building, full of character existing features. Parking at the back of the building with easy access. My room was the honeymoon suite. Large but cozy including a spacious bathroom with jacuzy for at least 2. Plenty of storage space and a large comfy bed. Plenty of choices for breakfast that can be bought to your room or served in the light, bright dining room with garden views. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definately stay there again.

What a wonderful find the hotel is set in a wonderful part of the New Forest Bucklers Hard. Beaulieu. Exbury gardens. Every staff member was very helpful, charming and professional. The hotel and grounds are very nice. Overlooking Beaulieu river. The food was excellent, the restaurant - Bar staff were amazing. The room was very nice. The whole experience was relaxing and we were looked after very very well. Will be returning at some point in the near future
