Absolutely charming place, lovely family run business, super welcoming, friendly, greeted by dogs, ducks and cows. Stunning peaceful location, just what I needed.

Perfect location and amenities, Sally was a fantastic host. Was traveling alone for work but the cottage would have equally suited a family break.

Lovely chalet, very well equipped, peaceful and pretty surroundings,

Excellent accommodation. Very comfortable and all facilities to hand.

Excellent location and very well presented home. Home comforts provided a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again

Completely detached barn. Very warm despite the weather being awful. Easy to find. Lovely layout. Had everything we needed and location was excellent , between Oakhampton and Tavistock. Very powerful shower and comfy couches and bed. Great size private garden but pity we couldnt sit out much but still very enjoyable

Lovely, comfortable cottage in a perfect, tranquil village.

I can’t fault Tim & Gill’s cottage. It was excellent. Everything you needed was available. Basically apart your own belongings she supplied towels, washing up liquid, foil, salt & pepper etc., You are welcomed with fresh flower's on the dining table & the most lovely scones, jam & clotted cream, fresh eggs(from Gill’s own chicks) & milk. Amazing!! Everything spotless clean. Have already stayed a second time & will be back next year.

Lovely location,and very friendly owners

Accomodation was super clean and well presented. The private courtyard was very sheltered and sitting in the hottub in the evening was very peaceful. Great communication as well from the host. Recommended!

What a gem of a Property - absolutely perfect We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return again. You do need a car to be able to get out and about and explore the lovely area, we managed to get to Truro (Healeys Cider Farm)/Perranporth, Boscastle and Instow (perfect for our dogs, who enjoyed the run on the beach) and all within about an hour away and then you come back to a very comfortable property, at the end of your day to relax and unwind. Would certainly recommend.

Perfect weekend getaway, we walked the new biodiversity trial which was fab, saw loads of wildlife and bluebells in full swing. House was great and hot tub a bonus over looking the moors

Kelly was absolutely lovely. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and was very attentive throughout my stay. The place was spotless, comfortable, cozy and well equipped, and the scones on arrival were a lovely touch. Thank you so much — would love to come again!

Great location very clean Jackie and her sister where great hosts very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend

Owl Barn was just beautiful - we loved the fact that the sheep wandered past the garden fence and the horses came close to be petted ! The view from the window was amazing and the Barn had everything we could possibly need - we would definitely recommend it and would be very happy to go back again

The bungalow was exactly as described but even better than we expected for a holiday let. A large open-plan and well-appointed lounge/diner/kitchen. The views from the site were lovely. It was quiet and there were several walks around the woods. The site is hilly so be prepared for some exercise! We did not use the pool but it looked very good from the outside. The grounds are well-kept and all the staff were first-class. The charity relies on volunteers and they do an excellent job. We...
