This hotel and staff are amazing It was super clean and had complementary tea and coffee. The staff are so nice and helpful my son celebrated his 30th birthday and they helped with everything. and just made you feel so welcome. Definitely will stay here again when visiting relatives in LA

Brilliant stay, the room was clean, tidy and provided with a coffee machine, safe and all the bits you could want for a comfortable stay. The shower was amazing. The balcony and view was a great addition, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again

Staff and room were lovely, everywhere felt so safe and welcoming. Everywhere in the hotel was always cleaned immacuatly and cannot wait to return.

The space and living area in the family suites are amazing. Coupled with the convenient location, staying here is a brilliant, affordable short break. For UK visitors, it’s a bit like an exclusive, upmarket hostel. Everything is here and largely clean and comfortable. But maintenance is general rather than detailed. We picked the Sheraton due to its location for the first part of our trip. Upon check in we were early, one room was ready one wasn’t but that wasn’t a problem at all. We left our bags in the room that was being used by my son and his girlfriend. We headed off out and we were notified a little later that the room was ready by hotel front desk. Great corner room on the 20th floor with great views of the park next door, very clean and fantastic comfy bed. Lovely stay, will return again.

We stayed at Hotel Hermosa for 4 nights in LA to end a 4-week road trip, and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Value for money is great compared to a lot of other options further north in Santa Monica & Venice etc. Very modern hotel and facilities - with a pool, hot tub, garden w/ pool tables and other games on request, on-site cafe that serves breakfast/brunch as well as very decent parking prices ($22/night). Hotel was great, we had a fantastic view of Hogwarts Castle from our room. There was a free shuttle to the Universal but most days we walked as it was quicker as only a few minutes walk. The Metro station is about 10minute walk down the hill, there is a free Universal shuttle that takes you from the Metro station back to Universal during opening hours. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here next time we visit Universal.
