"We loved our stay! My spouse and I were initially unsure about the shared bathroom, but it turned out to be a non-issue. The grounds were delightful, and while the room was small, the design made it feel just right—cozy and well thought-out. Breakfast was a highlight: the morning walk to it added charm, and the meal itself brought real joy. The location was excellent—peaceful yet well-connected. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends visiting the area. Tip: Shop around for punting—prices can go as low as £20–£25 if you look!"

"The stay at this hotel was a stop over towards our final destination. It is in the ideal location for a one night stay. The check-in clerk (Alan) was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. The room was a lovely room in a very quiet area of the hotel. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and functional but could be in need of an update. All of the staff we came into contact with at the hotel were all polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel as an ideal stop over hotel."
