"The property was disgraceful. We didn't stop there we booked somewhere else. Bed unmade not been changed from previous person. It absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. Rubbish on the floor in front room. Food left in the freezer. Tried ringing Muhammad but no answer."

"This is one of four well-equipped little lofts a few steps from Mill Road in Cambridge, England. It was clean and neat. Loft 4 might be better for people younger than we are, as the bed is a very low platform due to the roofline. There were nice skylights that opened and allowed a breeze to keep the loft cool. We were there in July."

"I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. "Very nice flat in a great location. Well set up and nice furnishings. My wife and I were very comfortable during a stay of about 8 weeks. Living area is one level above street and can be a little noisy, since it’s on a busy street, but the bedroom is a level above that and much quieter. Lots of good pubs and restaurants steps from apartment. Would definitely stay again!"

"The setting and grounds are lovely. The actual room was ok, although I had expected it to be a little more luxurious as a junior suite. There were a few things we noticed in the room - toilet flush was not working very well, the shower door was very noisy when closing and the sink plug was rusty. Also the TV in the room was a basic one with no smart features eg. Netflix or iPlayer etc. No USB plugs in any sockets. All these things I would expect for this type of establishment. The Spa was lovely.There is also a restaurant on site, Squires, which serves excellent food (dinner especially good). Food in the spa was not very good however. They could improve this - why not get the kitchen from the other Squires restaurant to make food for the spa? Staff were not as attentive as I would expect - quite a bit of waiting for someone to spot you if you needed something. Staff at the check in desk were not the most welcoming. Nothing rude but just not very interested or enthusiastic etc. For example when we checked out the girl didn't even ask how our stay was, were we happy with everything etc. This is basic and what every guest should be asked surely!? Overall we had a nice 2 night break but For the price you pay I expected more."
