"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially the night manager. We usually stay at the Raddisson but this is our new place to stay from now on! Room was clean. Our only complaint is that housekeeping didn’t show up most days until after4:30 pm. None of them were in a hurry to get rooms cleaned."

"We stayed here after our Disney cruise and overall had a really positive experience. When I booked, I didn’t fully think through the 4:00 PM check-in time compared to our 10:30 AM arrival after disembarking, so that’s something future cruise travelers may want to plan around. That said, the staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which we were very grateful for—especially with two toddlers in tow. The property itself was exactly as described. It has a really unique, relaxed beach vibe that made it feel special. Our kids absolutely loved the outdoor activities—playing giant Connect 4, exploring the oversized chess set, and hunting for seashells around the property. We also really appreciated the amenities like sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas available for guests. One of our favorite parts was the evening—walking along the beach at sunset, seeing the property all lit up, then coming back to relax in the hammocks while we ordered DoorDash. It was such a peaceful, easygoing way to wind down after a busy trip. That said, as first-time Disney cruisers, the transition off the cruise was a bit tougher than expected. We were more tired than anticipated and didn’t end up enjoying the hotel as much as we had imagined. In hindsight, we may have opted to start the drive home instead."

"The check in staff was ok wasn’t friendly but she could have a long day, did her job as supposedly. Checked in with no issue. Elevators needs a little touch up: some of the button lights are out. The room is alright, except for the humid and moldy smell when walked in. The beds were comfy enough. The main issue was bedbugs. Woke up with a bed bug on my face. Found 3 more tiny one on the bed. Took all bed bug down to the front desk. "

There was a loud banging noise in our room all night could not sleep and staff walked into our room before our checkout time in the midst of me and my daughter literally changing and then argued with me that I was supposed to be out at 11am although I had picked a 12pm check out it was horrible "
