"Initial room we got was dark and our youngest child was feeling oddly spooked out ... front desk staff were very understanding and let us shift over our booking to another room which was an upgrade which was a nice extra mile bonus for our family. Heated pool and Spa were great as our kids cannot resist a swim in the pool. Staff of the hotel really went above and beyond!"

"I was mixed about this review. The hotel is cheaper than most other hotels, but it is more of a motel, and the images didn't accurately portray the room we got. Pros: It has wifi, it had ample parking, it has a pool and hottub that were clean, there is controllable air conditioning in the room, the fridge is decently sized Cons: I did not know they made pillows that small for sleeping (maybe 12"x16"), the shower water temp fluctuated constantly, the night staff were very slow to check us in (they saw us and waited almost 5 minutes before helping us), we found a cockroach in the room (the door didn't seal all the way around"

"Beautiful property with amazing views of the bay. Exceptional staff through. Was upgraded from jr suite to a full suite upon arrival and it was amazing room - spacious, clean, comfy bed, great balcony. Room service was great and quick and breakfast poolside was excellent. Fabulous stay!"

"Property was okay. Rooms were very dark, remodel was just okay. Beds uncomfortable. Front desk staff very short and unhappy to help with extra's requests. It was fine for a quick stay, but definitely NOT up to Wyndham standards."
